Well, you can agree with me that Ruth will never get back her account cos she’s such a rude girl.. Eno’s ticket will be attended to, but maybe after lots of hours or days. He’s likely to resubmit the ticket before being fully unsuspended.

Now, Mariam sounds like a very nice girl. After reading the rules and regulations of twitter, she made a very polite appeal to get back her suspended account. Few minutes later, she got this reply

It looks like a disproportionately large number of users, including ones you followed, @replied, added to your lists or whose tweets you favorited, have chosen to either block your account or report it as spam.
